Task:
Need to update the SMTP connection greeting of the Domino server, to either mask for security concerns or for branding.

Here we will change the following greeting:
220 mail.mindwatering.net ESMTP Service (Lotus Domino 7.0.1) ready at Weekday, 01, Mon Year Time +0000

Solution:
SMTPGreeting = "Mindwatering SMTP Service ready at %s"
